CCRKBA In N.M.

New Mexico state Senate recently passed Senate Bill 17, which would ban common gas-operated semi-automatic firearms, .50-caliber rifles virtually never used in crimes and firearm magazines holding more than 10 rounds, all under the guise of labeling them “extremely dangerous weapons.”

There’s a couple of issues here. First the “extremely dangerous weapons” argument is something the professional 2A crowd can’t fight, as they so often rely on it,

In reaching this conclusion, the Court relied on Miller but also examined the historical record and concluded that the common use standard was supported by “the historical tradition of prohibiting the carrying of ‘dangerous and unusual weapons.’”

If a weapon isn’t dangerous, then it’s not a weapon. And “unusual”? That’s an avenue for the tyrants to ban all new arms, and all current ones which aren’t “common.” Even the obscure Edina, MN has picked up on this.

And the other thing, CCRKBA has investments in radio stations. Are they the ones owned by Gottlieb and co? Someone should ask the professional 2A crowd about this.

Equip, train, pray and never disarm.
