Obviously, all arms “laws” are an infringement, not just against 2A but also against our natural rights. And it’s critical we the people have machine guns. However I’m skeptical of this. None of us want the feds having lists of gunowners. But what about states? Many states and sheriffs already have lists of concealed carry permit holders, and some have lists of those with permits to purchase. I don’t want any level of government having lists. And obviously with “state-run distribution centers”, that’s exactly what you’re going to get, lists.

We must be very cautious here.
