The semi auto rifle ban, HF 3433 and magazine ban, HF 3402, the state pre-emption repeal, HF 3351, a ban on concealed carry permit holders ability to get permission from principal to carry on at a school, HF 3401 have all stalled in committee, thank God.

It’s interesting that a local conservative news outlet, AlphaNews, doesn’t seem to have posted anything on the anti 2A bills recent developments. There also doesn’t seem to be much written about it in 2A media.

And in related news, Fleet Farm, paid the state of Minnesota, $1million to settle a straw purchasing suit,

Fleet Farm has agreed to pay $1 million and implement “significant” policy changes to prevent the illegal sale of guns to straw buyers, which is a person who purchases a firearm on behalf of someone else.
