NRA’s 2nd V.P. Marshall Says Amending Bylaws Is A “Good Suggestion.”

1. I bring to NRA “reform” leaderships attention that the dual office, currently occupied by Mr. Hamlin, “Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer” is not listed in the bylaws, and therefore NRA is violating its own bylaws.
2. NRA “reform” leadership, responds that the titles are used interchangeably and it’s no big deal.
3. I point out to NRA “reform” leadership, that Mr. Hamlin is listed in the “NRA OFFICERS” section of my NRA magazine, as “Executive Vice President & CEO”. And therefore, it’s clearly a dual office, and a violation of the bylaws.
4. NRA “reform” leadership, informs me that they “need” a CEO to sign IRS documents, per IRS regulations.
5. I respond to NRA “reform” leadership, that if they “need” the dual office of “Executive Vice President & Chief Executive Officer”, then NRA should amend the bylaws, so the dual office is then permitted under the bylaws.
6. NRA’s “reform” leadership responds “Good suggestion.”

Clearly the “reformers” are anything but reformers, if they think that NRA following its own bylaws is merely a “good suggestion”. Now to be crystal clear, I’m not alleging these “reformers” are corrupt. I am stating the NRA “reformers” are stupid.
