As promised, if I got further responses, I’d post. I’ve received a reply from NRA Director Judge Phillip Journey. Here it is,

I can’t make heads or tails out of Judge Journey’s response. I don’t know what a “cruise” has to do with answering a question of whether NRA bylaws have been violated, (they clearly have) by allowing the formation of a dual office of executive vice president & chief executive officer.
The fact that no officer or director has offered a formal and detailed reply to my concerns, shows potential for the “Streisand effect”, (H/T) https://waronguns.com/on-a-sauer-note-4/ https://www.britannica.com/topic/Streisand-effect
