Progress In Binary Trigger Case

MN Gun Owners Caucus has made progress on Tampon Tim’s binary trigger ban. The state wanted to fast track the case to the state Supreme Court which was denied. They also wanted a stay on the judges order banning the ban, which was denied.

I do wonder though, why is it just MN Gun Owners Caucus suing? Why doesn’t the state Republican Party sue as well? Just a thought.
