What is the status of the NRA’s Ken Blackwell? I asked that very question to CEO Hamlin, Sec. Frazer, 2nd V.P. Marshall, and Directors Fusaro and Mills. For reference Ken Blackwell is or maybe now was, an NRA director who was vice chair of a quasi non governmental organization which laundered $21million in taxpayer funds to anti gun groups,
Also, for reference, Ken Blackwell is not some nobody. He’s a big time Republican, both in Ohio state politics- he’s been the state treasurer, secretary of state, also was mayor of Cincinnati, ran for governor and congress, and even worked in Bush Sr.’s administration as Undersecretary of HUD and was an ambassador to the U.N.’s Human Rights Commission, and has done work for the Trump administration.
And he’s a long time member of The Family Research Council, and is on The Council For National Policy, and is Vice Chair of Council On Foreign Relations…

The above quote’s aged well… How does laundering $21million is taxpayer funds to anti gun groups mix with “I unequivocally support the Second Amendment…”?
Ken Blackwell… How did the NRA’s board of directors and officers, and others allow you to be get away with funding anti gun groups, while sitting on the board of the National Rifle Association? Or, is the correct name Negotiating Rights Away?
I did ask CCO Mensinger to conduct an investigation into Ken Blackwell, and to see if he did anything improper with NRA funds, he declined.
If I get a response from anyone at NRA on the status of Ken Blackwell, I’ll post it.
