Vigilance is crucial, but I also don’t think we should be alarmist about legislation like this just because it does put some responsibility on us as gun-owners/hunters for the health quality of our environment.
He wants to have it both ways, but he can’t. He twists and turns his arguments into a pretzel that like only a prag can, but it doesn’t work. The idea that lead kills wild life, other than when it hits wildlife is irrelevant. “Shall not be infringed.” This whole argument about whether there’s settled(The prag thinks there is) or unsettled science is a waste of breath. The Second Amendment can’t be scientifically infringed upon, because some guy in a white coat, said some bird, died, somewhere from ingesting lead. Nor can 2A be infringed upon for any other reason.
Don’t be a prag. Be a 2A absolutist.
