The Trump Administration offers more questions than answers on the H-1B Visa program.
Charging $100,000 is nice, but there’s a but, or several. The article says, The agency also said some applicants, like student visa holders, may be exempt from the fee.
“May be exempt”? What’s that mean? And if they are exempt, then just think of all the problems we’ll have, if they over stay their welcome… Another ready made “DACA” group of “Poor students trying to better themselves!”, for an upcoming Democrat president to deal with. Or even more likely, what if they do pay, and still over stay their welcome? Imagine the howls from the Marxists, “But they’d PAID to come here!” “DACA” again. And perhaps more importantly, even if they don’t over stay their welcome, is the potential for them to “legally” or ILLEGALLY vote while they’re here.
This is the most alarming part, Other exemptions will be granted by Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem in “extraordinarily rare circumstances,” USCIS said, including if no American worker is able to fill the role, or the immigrant’s employment is in the national interest.
I find it impossible to believe there’s a job anywhere in our country that an American can’t do. Also, define “national interest”? That definition tends to shift, not just from administration to administration, but even during the same administration. So what’s the current definition? And how many of these “exemptions” will be made, and how many will “legally” or ILLEGALLY be given the vote? How many will over stay? Again, another “DACA” situation in the making.
Some will no doubt say “But only citizens can legally vote!!!” To that I’d counter with, “And you can’t legally commit murder either.” Just because an action’s illegal, doesn’t mean people won’t do it. Whether these people must pay $100,000 fee or not isn’t really the issue here, it’s the amount of people who will be let in, and the FACT some will be given a ballot by a Democrat, regardless of the law.
And let’s not forget the 600,000 Chinese students Trump plans to let in. Unlike America, China controls their immigration system, and even controls who can leave.
Then this provides ZERO comfort, Secretary of State Marco Rubio has singled out China, the second highest source of international students in the U.S., saying in May that the State Department would revoke visas for students tied to the Chinese Communist Party and boost vetting of new applicants.
Whether they’re officially CCP members or not… They’re all commies. And why is America educating it’s largest rival? Remember the WW2 Japanese Admiral Yamamoto was educated in the US. And look how that turned out.
All this amounts to is more Marxist voters. 2A supporters and the groups they support must use their power to end immigration, or at the very least, severely limit it. We’re diluting our political power with ever new Marxist we import. If we fail, we’ll turn out just like the U.K.
