The Supreme Court’s picks for Second Amendment cases for the 2026 season, here.
I don’t think we should focus on the Supreme Court while it’s got the current make up. They haven’t been very “originalist” on 2A. Remember the “ghost gun” case, Vanderstok?
And another example is Bruen. Yes, Bruen was a good ruling, but, look how Hochul and New York Democrats not only ignored the ruling, but doubled down on their anti 2A legislation. Have they been fined or imprisoned? Has their legislation been ripped up? No, no, and no.
So, what are the odds of getting a good ruling? Slim right now with the current make up. And, if we get a good ruling, what will change, if it involves a deeply Democrat state such as New York? Nothing. So why spend the money, and risk a terrible ruling, especially on something as critical as NFA? Do we want to risk them ruling NFA is Constitutional? No.
I say focus on the states. Nothing good will come out of Congress this year. And we must not focus on the Supreme Court for now. But the states, lets focus on legislation, the midterms, state court cases, and perhaps most important of all gunowner “outreach”. Lets get as many politically active as possible.
What happened in Virginia last month will happen all across the nation in the midterms. Republicans will lose the House and Senate and many, many states as well. People don’t want a party in power which claims to stand for “faith, family and freedom” yet covers up for Epstein and the global Israeli pedophile/blackmail ring, and feeds us slop about Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the biggest political assassination since JFK.
2A must focus it’s energy on the states this year.
Equip, train, pray and never disarm.
