Codrea’s point about thetruthaboutguns writer saying “crime guns”, is a valid point. Where’s the proof of a connection? And, can a gun commit a crime? No. Only people can. Saying “crime guns” is much like saying “gun violence”, guns can’t be violent, but people sure can. 2A supporters must be more precise in their language. Words matter. Stop falling for the traps.

Where I do disagree with him a bit, is boycotting S&W for caving with Bill Clinton and the anti’s in the ’90s. S&W’s changed ownership since then. So I’m not sure it’s fair blame, the current ownership, for failures of the past ownership. However, current ownership, was in place during the HUGE regulatory foul ups during 2008 and 2013. Which of course begs the question, how’d they get away with a slap on the wrist, for violations which would no doubt put smaller manufacturers out of business?… The big guys always have friends within the regulatory agencies… Wink, wink, nod, nod.

What’s all this mean? Corporations don’t care about you. Period. The industry they’re in doesn’t matter. They don’t care about the people. Never have, never will.
