I was browsing a NRA PVF website to see if they had anything on the Virginia elections. In the banner at the top of the site, there’s a link to their X page and look what it’s post recent post is,
November 12th, 2020.
In the era of social media 2A groups have got to participate. FPC is VERY active with their stupid and crude memes, which don’t accomplish anything. GOA and SAF post often, and largely information/news. NAGR does too. The state association MN Gun Owners Caucus probably does some of the best social media work I’ve seen, it’s catchy, relevant and informative.
NRA posts, but it’s mainly the main NRA page, which seems to be largely just magazine articles, not much actual news. And then NRA Country posts a lot too.
But it’s information we need. 2A groups should focus on social media. With the recent furloughs at NRA, downsizing the magazines and so forth, they must find other avenues to communicate. And FPC needs to cut down on the memes and post more information and news.
And last but not least, find ways to stay ahead of Big Tech algorithms.
Equip, train, pray and never disarm.
