There’s many things to ponder here, about this. As I wrote in the comments on NRA IN DANGER, With that kind of schedule, regardless of whether RICO is right or wrong, I seriously doubt the NRA can keep the lights on long enough for this to even get to trial.
But the most interesting part is NRA IN DANGER saying the court hasn’t determined if this will proceed as a class action lawsuit or not. The plaintiff’s presser says it’s a class action lawsuit,

Even the lead plaintiff has said countless times it’s a class action lawsuit. This is the first I’ve heard that the class action part hasn’t been decided yet.
I’m not saying anyone’s right or wrong, just asking a question.
So I don’t know what to make of this. If someone offers any insight, I’ll update.
