NRA Foundation Bylaw Change News

There’s now proof of an actual bylaw change and it came from the Foundation’s filing(s). There’s also a public record of the original 1990 bylaws and the 2024 amended bylaws. As for the why? Currently there’s no direct and/or concrete answer as to why the Foundation trustees decided to cut the Board of Directors of the NRA out of the trustee selection process other than the statement that it was in the interest of maintaining the “Foundation’s independence. …”

The real question is why does a non profit corporation set up a special piggy bank (Foundation), only to not be in full control of it, and to eventually see it completely fall from their grasp? Or was the purpose to pry millions of dollars away from the member elected NRA board all along?

And once again it’s worth mentioning that the Second Amendment, the supposed reason for the NRA and the NRA Foundation is not just being neglected, but totally ignored. But it’s probably better NRA & NRA Foundation ignore 2A than “support”, as their “support” has led to virtually all of our infringements today,

The NRA’s not worth saving. And the only reason I still pay any attention to it at all, is because far too many still give it credence, therefore it’s still dangerous to 2A. Remember the oxymoron of dual loyalties?
