Will Fairfax do me the courtesy of a reply? Will there be an investigation? Shouldn’t potential media collusion in NRA directors elections be prohibited, after all the article was just that, an article, not listed as “OPINION” or an “Op-Ed” etc, and was done with Brown’s approval! Will Robert K. Brown be disqualified from running? Will Ammoland be punished in some way, such as NRA no longer running NRA-ILA pieces on their site?
It must be emphasized, no NRA BoD candidate should be allowed an unfair advantage over others. Brown, not only has a “name” going for him, plus prior terms on the board, but now has a major 2A media outlet, doing favorable reporting on him during the election process, with his co-operation! This must not be allowed to continue.
According to this, https://www.linkedin.com/in/fredyriehl Fredy Riehl, the one in question from the emails with Brown is, “Editor-In-Chief & Owner”. I did not know he was an owner. I thought Brian Johnson was the owner of Ammoland. Riehl’s only listed as “Editor-in-Chief” on Ammoland’s site, https://www.ammoland.com/authors/
