Curiously, I could find no mention of this ruling on any of the Minnesota independent media outlets I keep an eye on.
All this should serve as a reminder to all of my three readers, (me, myself and I), how important it is, to keep an eye on your local judiciary, and to vote in your judicial elections, as too many of “us”, leave those parts of our ballots blank, only to bellyache later about those “those damned woke judges”. So stay informed and vote.
