Brewer Got Away In 2020…
In a wrongful death case, NRA’s former lawyer conducted a survey of the county… The above is from 2020, here’s the full opinion, https://2awhiterook.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Brewer-tx-phone-surveys.pdf Now, how and why did Tom King former NRA director, current NRA Foundation chairman, and current president of NRA’s state association the New York State Rifle And Pistol Association hire Brewer… Read More Here…

Did NRA’s former lawyer try to over bill rapper/actor 50cent?
This is from 2015, rapper/actor 50cent aka Curtis Jackson was undergoing bankruptcy. The Brewer firm, represented him and was asking to have LOTS of expenses paid. The US Trustee for Region 2, had some objections to what Brewer was asking for. There’s too many big numbers, I won’t try to calculate them all. But skim… Read More Here…

Under Wild Skies…
Here is a summary of the recent decision, https://nraindanger.wordpress.com/2025/05/29/under-wild-skies-appeal-turned-down/ NRA will most likely have to pay the full $17million, just in yearly increments provided Under Wild Skies decides to bring a lawsuit each year, after that years missed payment. I wonder what percentage of NRA’s legal bills are going to 2A litigation, and what percentage… Read More Here…

Tom King’s Legal Bills
I’m sorry to say, I cannot get an answer regarding whether or not NRA, or one of it’s entities is paying for Tom King’s legal bills in his lawsuit against Oliver North. Tom King has hired Bill Brewer’s firm… Go figure. https://2awhiterook.com/tom-king-is-asked-again-if-nra-paying-his-legal-bills/ The most I’ve gotten is a bizarre runaround from someone who shall remain… Read More Here…

Tom King Is Asked Again If NRA Is Paying His Legal Bills
I’ve asked Tom King, former NRA director, current NRA Foundation chairman and current president of the New York State Rifle And Pistol Association, if NRA or any of it’s entities are paying his legal bills in in his suit against Oliver North. If Tom King replies, I’ll post a follow up. Read More Here…

NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund
Interesting, unlike other NRA entities, even the NRA Board of Directors itself, the NRA’s Civil Rights Defense Fund lists it’s leaders on its website… Strange, we don’t have leadership listings of other NRA entities, again, like the NRA Board of Directors. Here it is, https://www.nradefensefund.org/officers/ Porter, Sigler, and Keene were NRA presidents. Curious. Read More Here…

NRA Freedom Action Foundation
I’m an NRA life member, regrettably. And little did I know, there’s an entity called the NRA Freedom Action Foundation! I found that simply by searching “NRA entities”, and found it here, https://paddockpost.com/2017/03/10/understanding-the-nra-organizations/ Paddockpost says there’s a board of five. And though the post is old, look at this, and at the bottom, you’ll see… Read More Here…

NRA State Association Listing Problem… More Info
Regarding this, https://2awhiterook.com/nra-and-state-association-listing-problem/ and this https://2awhiterook.com/nra-state-association-listing-problem-persists/ I have some more information. But first, as of about 2am, on 5-29-25 NRA HQ time, what’s their website say? https://stateassociations.nra.org/find-your-state-association/ Yup, Alaska Outdoor Council is still listed as a state association of the NRA, despite their executive director Caleb Martin telling me they left the NRA. But here’s… Read More Here…

Ben Stoeger And Prodigy
Why? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cyEUK29K5s0 This concept never made sense to me. Mutate a single stack 1911 .45ACP into a double stack 9mm? What could go wrong? Ben Stoeger likes 2011’s, but not the Prodigy. He likes the ones that cost $5,000 or more. Some work sure. But the ones that do work will cost you an arm… Read More Here…

Will Glock Fight Back?
Glock didn’t fight back in California, https://waronguns.com/glockteasers/ now will Glock lobby to fight in New York? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=260npUC98bg And if you think the Supreme Court will have our back, well, just ask yourself, how well the frame and receiver ruling, aka “Ghost Gun”, ruling went… Here’s a hint, only Alito and Thomas supported the Second Amendment… Read More Here…
