Regarding GOA, I still can’t find anything on their website, about the case David Codrea’s been reporting on, here, https://waronguns.com/about-our-beautiful-second-amendment/ and here, https://www.ammoland.com/2025/05/doj-says-machineguns-not-protected-by-2nd-amendment-and-silence-of-gun-groups-is-deafening/ I emailed GOA. As of the evening of May 12th, I still can’t find anything on their website regarding DOJ Attorney Jennifer Case arguing machine guns aren’t protected by the Second Amendment.
Strange isn’t it, coming from America’s “no compromise gun lobby” as they like to call themselves.
Here’s what little I found,
Sorry the screen shot’s so small, but as you can see from the second one, my comment’s been given a “Medium” priority. Are we to there for infer that the Militia, as described the the Second Amendment, is of “Medium” priority to Gun Owners Of America?
How is the Militia supposed to… God forbid it comes to this, but how can the Militia win a war, without having the same arms as soldiers?
