In a March 16 court filing, the ATF quietly admitted that it continues to enforce its interpretation that some pistol-brace-equipped firearms are unregistered short-barreled rifles (SBRs)—a federal felony carrying up to 10 years in prison—despite the fact that the rule that codified that interpretation has been universally vacated.

2A must dispense with the pretense that the demons who rape and eat children will somehow respond favorably to their petitions for pistol braces to be made “legal”.

Personally, I’ve never used a pistol brace nor a so called “large format” pistol. Maybe one day my view will change, but if I need something bigger than a pistol, then the next step is 5.56mm, and no matter what some claim, the 5.56mm needs a minimum of a 14.5″ barrel, and of course an adjustable butt stock.
