This is very strange, although since it’s the NRA, strange is par for the course. NRA’s suing the NRA Foundation. The NRA Foundation is led by Tom King. And guess who leads the New York State Rifle & Pistol Association? Tom King.

Now, even a lawsuit is beyond stupid. The Supreme Court didn’t rule in 2A’s favor in Vanderstock did it? (Ghostguns). And it ruled unanimously this week that the 4th Amendment doesn’t exist. (Case V Montana). And it’s worth mentioning Bruen, which was a good ruling, yet, after all that time and expense 2A spent on it, New York ignored the ruling and doubled down on anti 2A measures there. And did Hochul or anyone else in the NY state government go to prison? No. It’s interesting the 2A groups never seem to mention that. So there’s no point in looking to the Supreme Court for help in strengthening and defending the Second Amendment. Why risk a bad ruling if tyrants won’t be forced to comply with a good ruling?
We don’t live in a constitutional republic anymore.
