Yukon fights back. It’s telling the Canadian government it won’t participate in the federal gun “buyback”.
Granted Canada takes more of a “sporting view” to arms ownership than we do, it’s interesting how they’re fighting back against their tyrants, whereas we do not.
Just think what would happen here in the “land of the free” if those alleged “red states” told the Feds they wouldn’t enforce the NFA listing of suppressors and SBRs and SBSs? Or maybe the one day “legal” and the next “illegal”, now “legal” again yo-yo of bump stock and pistol brace “bans”?
Maybe this one would be the most interesting to see the states rebel against and restore voting and 2A rights for all inmates, both of prisons and mental institutions, immediately upon their release? And of course those who’ve had custodians, though, that’s unlikely one who needed one, would ever come to not need one.
Americans like to talk about these “red states” who cherish 2A. The article theorizes if our Feds decided to confiscate guns, that Texas would balk. But would they? Not to pick on Texas, but would Florida? Or any other “red state”? If they don’t stand up to the Feds on what amounts to little things compared to nation wide confiscation, why would anyone think they’d stand up to the Feds on the big things like confiscation?
Are American gunowners and the alleged “2A” groups taking notice?
