Listening to that 1min 20sec clip of NRA EVP Hamlin was just too much. Notice in this clip he never mentions the Militia. That’s a very Fudd like thing to do, in ignoring the Militia component of the Second Amendment.
If NRA were serious about “NRA 2.0” and changing from Negotiating Rights Away to National Rifle Association, NRA Foundation boss Tom King would’ve approved NRA director Dennis Fusaro’s plan to help VCDL in Virginia with serious, well planned get out the vote work. Or King, Hamlin, president Bachenberg, and the missing in action board of directors would’ve offered a statement as to why they did not approve of the plan. They refuse to respond to any emails and X messages about the subject.
This years Virginia state elections will very likely have a domino effect, either a good one, or a bad one, on next years mid-terms and the state elections across the south-east.
Why NRA has done nothing, only NRA knows. But cowering with its head under the blanket, like a child, thinking “If I can’t see you, then you can’t see me.” isn’t going to work with angry life members like myself and former members who found out a day late and thousands of dollars short, that we got conned.
Equip, train, pray and never disarm.
