Massie’s right. While it’s a fact, which is denied by 2/3 of Americans, boys have penises and girls have vaginas… That’s it. But, one can only be denied their rights, including 2A rights, via due process, for one of three things, a crime, being basket case, or being unable to care for yourself, but of no danger to the public and needing a custodian (retards).
That means that, if you’re released from prison, full rights restoration. If a court deems you well, and releases you from a mental institution, full rights restoration. And, and this never happens, but should you no longer need a custodian, full rights restoration… At least that’s how things are supposed to be done.
If you don’t think this is a big deal, if a group of people can be denied their rights today, without due process, what group will have their rights denied tomorrow? “Bitter clingers”? “Deplorables”? Anyone who watches John Wayne movies or reads the wrong books or visits the wrong websites? Mull that one over a bit, and you’ll see how dangerous this is, if you don’t already.
And then we’re back to this problem of too few knowing what the Second Amendment actually means, and the Trump admin’s “bi-polar” 2A policy stance, a missing in action 2A Task Force, and 2A groups who seem to be afraid to lobby the orange deity directly, if at all.
